Thirty minutes, no obligation
A structured conversation with the consultant who would actually handle your file. For candidates, an honest read on your chances. For employers, a view of what the role can attract.
What we will cover
Come with the specifics. The more concrete you are, the more useful the half hour will be.
- Candidates: your qualifications, target country and realistic visa position
- Candidates: what your CV needs before an employer sees it
- Employers: the role, the site, the salary and what it can realistically attract
- Employers: your accreditation or sponsorship position and what it would take
- Both: a written summary and next steps by email afterwards

How the consultation works
Yes, for candidates and employers alike. We are paid by employers when a placement is made, so an initial conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation on either side.
By phone, WhatsApp, Zoom or in person at Albert Street — whichever suits you. International candidates almost always choose WhatsApp or Zoom.
We will say so during the call and, where we can, point you toward who might. It is a better use of your time than three months of polite silence.
No. Plenty of our consultations end with someone deciding the timing is wrong for their family, and that is a perfectly good outcome.
