Market mapping
A documented view of who is doing comparable work, where, and at what level.
Mapped, discreet search for senior and specialist appointments — general managers, clinical leads, engineering principals and country managers — across New Zealand, Australia and Japan.

Senior appointments are rarely solved by advertising. The people who would transform the role are employed, performing well, and not reading job boards.
Executive search is systematic: we map the market, identify everyone credible doing comparable work, and approach them individually and confidentially. You see a longlist with reasoning before we shorten it.
Assignments are retained and typically run eight to twelve weeks. Confidentiality works in both directions — we can run a search without your company being named until the second conversation.
Three staged payments across the assignment. You receive the market map whether or not you appoint.

Structured interviews scored against criteria agreed with you at the outset.
Deep referencing, qualification checks and, where relevant, governance checks.
Package benchmarking, negotiation support and resignation coaching.
Structured reviews at thirty, ninety and one hundred and eighty days.
Timelines extend for cross-border appointments where relocation and visa processing are involved.
Agree the competencies, the package, the reporting line and what success looks like at one year.
Identify and document the credible population for the role.
Confidential individual conversations, your name withheld until you agree.
You see who we found and why, before we shorten the list.
Structured interviews, referencing and a written assessment per finalist.
Negotiation, resignation support and reviews through the first six months.
Retained. The work — market mapping, individual approaches, structured assessment — happens before any candidate exists, so it cannot sensibly be done on a contingent basis. Fees are staged across the assignment.
Yes. Many of our searches are confidential, particularly where an incumbent is still in the role. We disclose your identity only at a point you agree, usually the second conversation with a serious candidate.
Eight to twelve weeks from scoping to offer for a domestic appointment. Cross-border appointments take longer, because relocation and visa processing sit after the offer.
Retained executive appointments carry six-month replacement cover. In practice the structured reviews at thirty and ninety days catch problems long before they become resignations.
An initial scoping conversation is confidential and carries no obligation.
