CV review
Written feedback on structure, evidence and how your qualifications read to a local employer.
For skilled professionals seeking work in New Zealand, Australia or Japan. We match you only to employers who are genuinely able and willing to support a work visa — and we tell you early if that is unlikely.

Most people who contact us have already been told yes by somebody. Our first job is to check whether that yes was real: does the employer hold accreditation, does your qualification meet the registration requirement, does your experience meet the visa threshold.
If the answer is no, we say so in the first conversation. If it is yes, you are assigned a consultant who stays with you from CV review through interview, offer, visa and arrival.
Candidates never pay Empres a fee. Not for registration, not for shortlisting, not for a job offer. If anybody asks you to, that is a warning sign and we would like to hear about it.
All of it free to you. Employers pay our fee, which is why we can afford to tell you the truth.
Written feedback on structure, evidence and how your qualifications read to a local employer.
Matched only to live, verified vacancies with visa-capable employers.
A practice interview with your consultant, plus the employer's actual criteria.
Guidance on NZQA assessment, trade recognition and professional registration.
Licensed immigration advisers prepare the application; we keep the employer moving.
Airport pickup, first-week accommodation, bank account, tax number, phone and schools.
Three to six months from first interview to start date is typical. Immigration processing, not recruitment, sets the pace.
Ten minutes online, or email a CV and let us come back to you.
An honest read on your chances, your timeline and any registration hurdles.
Written feedback, then a practice interview with your consultant.
Shortlisted to roles that fit your skills, your family situation and your visa position.
We explain every clause; licensed advisers lodge the application.
Pickup, housing, banking, tax number, and check-ins through your first year.
No. Candidates never pay Empres a placement fee, a registration fee or a shortlisting fee. You will have personal costs — passport, police certificates, document translation, medicals, and sometimes part of your airfare — and we set those out in writing before you commit to anything.
No, and nobody honestly can. What we can do is assess your eligibility properly at the start, work only with employers able to support an application, and make sure a licensed adviser prepares it.
Three to six months from first interview to start date is normal. Recruitment is usually the quick part; immigration processing, qualification assessment and professional registration take the time.
Not necessarily, but plan it early. Partner work rights and dependent visas differ by country and visa category, and they affect which offers are actually worth taking. Raise it in the first conversation.
Send your CV. You will get a straight answer, at no cost, either way.
