Using this site
This website is provided for information about our recruitment services. You may not use it to scrape data, post unlawful content, or misrepresent your identity when applying for a role.
Job listings
Listings are current at the time of publication. Vacancies may be filled or withdrawn without notice, and salary bands are indicative until confirmed in a written offer.
No immigration advice
Nothing on this website is immigration advice. Empres Recruitment provides process guidance only and refers all formal advice to licensed immigration advisers in New Zealand and registered migration agents in Australia.
No fees to candidates
Empres Recruitment does not charge candidates placement fees at any stage. Any person or website requesting such a payment in our name is not acting for us and should be reported to us immediately.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
