Market mapping
We identify who is doing this work now, where, and what it would take to move them.
Full-cycle search for permanent roles across construction, engineering, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, agriculture, logistics and IT — domestically and from overseas.

Most permanent hires fail for reasons that were visible before the offer: the roster was misdescribed, the site was harder than the ad implied, or the candidate's qualification did not translate to local registration.
So we start by understanding the actual work. A consultant visits the site or the team, meets the people the hire will report to, and writes the brief from that. Then we tell you honestly what the role can attract at that salary, in that location, on that timeline.
You receive three to five candidates, each screened, referenced and verified for right to work. Every permanent placement carries a twelve-month replacement guarantee.
One percentage of first-year salary, agreed in writing before we start. No retainer for standard permanent search.

Structured interviews, technical assessment and English-language screening where relevant.
Qualification checks, two referees minimum, and documented right-to-work evidence.
Three to five candidates with scheduling, feedback collection and offer support.
For overseas hires, licensed advisers manage the application while we manage the candidate.
Check-ins at week one, month three and month twelve, with both parties.
Typically eighteen days to shortlist for a domestic role; three to six months for an international hire, set by immigration processing.
A consultant visits your site or team and writes the brief from the work itself.
We tell you what the role can realistically attract before we start advertising it.
Advertised and approached candidates, screened against your criteria.
Qualifications, references and right to work confirmed and documented.
Three to five candidates, with interviews scheduled for you.
Offer negotiation, visa coordination if needed, and follow-up through year one.
A percentage of first-year salary, agreed in writing before we begin and invoiced on start date. The rate varies by role seniority and difficulty, and every permanent placement carries a twelve-month replacement guarantee.
If a permanent placement resigns or is terminated within twelve months, we refill the role at no additional fee. That guarantee is the reason we would rather send three right candidates than thirty possible ones.
Yes. Roughly half our permanent placements are New Zealand or Australian residents already in the market. Overseas search is an option, not a default — it only makes sense when the local market genuinely cannot supply the skill.
Usually three to five. If we can only find two people who genuinely meet the brief, we send two and tell you why, rather than padding a shortlist.
Send us the brief, or ask us to come and look at the work first.
