Cover the peak without carrying the headcount

Vetted temporary and contract workers for seasonal peaks, project ramps, parental leave and unplanned gaps — with payroll, timesheets and compliance managed by us.

A worker in safety gear on a regional worksite staffed through Empres
Overview

Workers who arrive able to do the job on day one

Temporary staffing fails when nobody checked the ticket. We verify every certification — sitesafe, forklift, wiring registration, food safety, practising certificate — before a worker is offered to you, and we hold the documentation on file.

Empres remains the employer of record for temporary placements. We handle payroll, PAYE or PAYG, holiday pay, ACC or workers' compensation, and timesheet approval through a simple weekly portal.

If a worker does not suit, tell us before the end of the first shift and you will not be charged for it.

  • Payroll and compliance managed — we are the employer of record
  • Certifications verified and documented before placement
  • First-shift guarantee — not right, not charged
  • Temp-to-permanent conversion at a reduced, pre-agreed fee
